Programma:

Op vrijdag augustus om 19:30 verzamelen we met z'n allen bij de crew chill-out.

Wanneer iedereen gearriveerd is gaan we een warming up doen.

We trekken een paar baantjes in het zwembad en rennen te voet naar de nabijgelegen renbaan.

Daar rennen we een aantal rondjes tot we opgewarmt zijn.

Hierna word er een foto gemaakt en word de playlist opgestart.

Na de playlist is de meeting afgelopen.
