Probleem FIFA 10

Hi,

ik heb FIFA 10 , en sinds Juni heb ik ook Xbox LIVE.

Maar als ik online wil gaan op FIFA 10, dan moet ik een e-mail adress invoeren voor iets met 'Parental..'.

Ik heb al aan iemand gevraagd hoe dit kan , maar hij stuurt me in dit subforum.. Nu weet ik niet wat ik moet doen met FIFA , als ik mijn email adress invoer , krijg ik oftewel geen mail of wel een mail maar dan in het Engels. Toen ik die mail kreeg begon ik beetje te prutsen, en kwam ik op de site van EA terecht , waar ik gegevens moet invullen om een profiel te maken. Maar toen dat bijna klaar was , moest ik Creditcard-gegevens invullen. Maar alleen mijn stiefvader heeft dat , maar hij wil niet geven omdat hij het niet vertrouwt.

Maar wat zou ik moeten doen zodat ik wel online kan?!

Wat is jouw leeftijd op jouw xboxlive account, anders kan het daar aan liggen. Als je onder de 18 bent moet je toestemming hebben van je ouders en dat is een heel gepruts.

Inderdaad , leeftijd is 15.

Ik denk dat het om je leeftijd gaat. EA heeft altijd al moeilijk gedaan met leeftijden als je volgens mij onder de 18 bent moet je toestemming van je ouders hebben. Dus toen had ik maar een EA account aangemaakt met een leeftijd van een jaar of 20. Alleen ik weet niet meer hoe dat precies moet. Ff kijken als ik jou e-mail kan vertalen.

ps. Wat is jouw leeftijd van je XBL??

Edit: Ik heb ff vertaald en daar stond in dat je ouders toestemming moeten geven met een speciaal account en er stond ook dat jouw account zou verwijdert worden binnen 5 dagen. Dus maak bij je fifa 10 een andere gebruiker aan en vul in dat je 18 jaar of ouder bent en dan ben je volgens mij van je probleem af.
