Ik heb net de driver mod 1.1 gedownload, maar hoe moet ik m instaleren..

As you probably know you have to start a new game, that means no loading previous saved games, or the game will crash.

ABOUT MOD:

This is a kind of a two-in-one mod.It consists of Car Driver and Heli Driver.

I think it's pretty clear what it is about. You have your own car and heli driver.

You can call the car driver near CJ's house (the spot is marked with a sphere and

a marker on a map by pressing Action key (default key is Tab button).

You can choose a car to drive in. There are eleven cars and one bike for you

to choose. While you are close to the car press Crouch key to enter it (default key - C).

To begin the journey press Horn key (default key - Capslock). The driver will

take you from Los Santos, through Angel Pine, to San Fierro,then to Los Venturas

and finaly back to Los Santos to CJ's house. Other two islands are ofcourse

unlocked so that you can enjoy the ride withuot police chasing you for no reason.

During the ride you can press Handbrake key to tell the driver to stop,

so that you can get out of the car, do some bussiness and later go back.

Do the same thing as in the begining to resume the journey (press Crouch

to get in, and press horn to order driver to go). If you jump out of the car

during the ride, the car will stop and will wait untill you get back in using

the same keys as before. (right after you get out of the car a marker will

apear on the map to let you know where the driver is). To increase the car's max speed press

Conversation - Yes (default - Y) and to lower it press Conversation - No (default - N).

Also during the ride you can press Secondary Fire key (default - LCTRL) to put Cj on the car's window

so that you can do a drive-by. You can do this only if you have Uzi gun, Tec9, or SMG.

To put Cj back in the car press Secondary Fire key again. The car is bullet-proof,

but it can be destoyed with a rocket launcher. If the driver is dead, not in the car,

or the car is wrecked, sunked the ride ends and you can call another driver near Cj's House.

Until one of this happends you can't call another driver.

The Heli driver can be called anywhere, at any time, while you are on foot by

pressing key-combination Action key (default - Tab) and Conversation - Yes (default - Y).

Driver will fly to the location you called from and land there. To get in the heli

use the same keys as at the Car driver (Crouch key to get in and Horn key to start

the journey). After pressing the Horn key an in-game menu with a list of location

will pop-up, choose a location with Sprint key (default - LSHIFT) or press Enter+Exit key

(default - Enter) to close the menu and get out. Then use the same keys to get in.

Together there are 30 locations for you to choose, 10 on each island. After you

choose a location the heli will fly and land there, then you can either get out

and come back in using the same keys or choose another location. A marker will apear

on map at every landing so that if you get out you know where the heli is. You can choose

another location at any time during the flight. If you jump off the heli it will

fly away from you. Now you can call another heli driver. And again you got to either

do this, kill driver, or drag him out of the heli, or destroy heli to be able to call

another one. You can also fire from the chopper. You can either access a turret

mode (first-person shooting) by pressing Secondary key button (Default - LCTRL)

or get out of the chopper and stand on a base, that have been attached to chopper,

by pressing Conversation - No key (Default - N) thatway, you can do the shooting

in third-person.To get back in or to disable turret mode press Conversation - Yes key (default - Y). Before

accessing turret mode, a menu will pop-up, so that you can choose a weapon

you want to fire with. Also now you can order driver to wait by pressing Handbrake key

(Default - Space) if you are in the chopper, or Sprint key (Default - LSHIFT) if you are standing

outside. I'm pretty sure, that you would enjoy the most when firing from the chopper with a

minigun, therefore one more mini-gun pickup have been added to the game. It's located

somewhere near the bridge that connects Willow Field with Ocean Docks not far from Cj's house.

You'll find it easily. The heli is bullet-proof, with two guards standing from both sides that

will protect you from police or non-friendly gangs. You can even order them to follow you

like with the regular family gang mambers if you have enought respect points.

Since, there have been some problems after saving/loading, you cannot save until you

dismiss the driver. To dismiss the car driver press key-combination Sprint key (default - LSHIFT)

and Conversation - No (default - N). Heli Driver can be dismissed by pressing key-combination Action key

(default - Tab) and Conversation - No (default - N).

Some small changes have been done around CJ's house. Three cars (Comet, Blade and Monster),

one bike (PCJ-600) and one chopper (Sea Sparrow) will always be parked around his house.

One bribe on neighbour's roof, an armor near Comet and Uzi gun on the other neighbour's porch.

CHANGES IN VERSION 1.1

Some glitches were fixed, you can now call the car driver from two more locations (one at Cj's SF Garage

and the other one in Las Venturas, near one of the hotel suite that can be purchased). Also now, if somebody

is following you (like your homies do) and you enter the driver's car as a passenger he will also enter it).

After that he will not exit the car unless you press Group CTRL Back (default - H) key.

Heli driver: When the chopper lands you can press key-combination Action Key (default - Tab) and

Group CTRL Forword (default - G) to order hit to follow you. After that you can either dismiss him or

order him to land by pressing key-combination Action Key (default - Tab) and Group CTRL Back (default - H).

Je moet dus de bestandjes downloaden (main.scm, script.img en handling.cfg).

Vervolgens ga je naar:

C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\data

Daar plak je de handling.cfg

Daarna ga je door naar:

C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\data\script

En daar plak je de main.scm en de script.img

Als het goed is, is hij dan geïnstalleerd .

Ik denk dat ik het weet. Die dingen die in die map staan : SCRIPT main.scm en handling.cfg moet je in de map C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas/Data zetten.

Mocht je Engels niet stappen, ik heb het wat vertaald. Zodra je dicht bij een auto komt druk je op de 'Crouch key'. Crouch staat voor bukken, de standaard toets hiervoor is 'C'. Bij jou kan dit anders zijn, mocht je je toetsen anders hebben ingesteld. Dan als je in de auto zit, druk je op Capslock. De reis (journey) zal dan beginnen.

In het kort komt het erop neer dat wanneer je een auto nodig hebt je op een knop kunt drukken en dat er dan een auto naar je toe komt met chauffeur. Daar stap je in en je wordt geheel automatisch naar je bestemming gebracht. Je kunt de auto alleen vlakbij Johnson House roepen en hij zal een vast route volgen langs San Fierro en Las Venturas en weer terug.

De helicoper mod is handiger, want die kun je overal in het spel bestellen. Hij komt dan naar je toe en na het instappen kun je uit 10 verschillende plekken kiezen waar hij je naartoe mag brengen.....

Maar kan je de chauffeur alleen laten komen als je in zo een ''auto'' teken ben?

En hoe laat je de heli komen..

Ik heb die mod niet, ik vertaal alleen wat er boven staat he . De auto roep je op de juiste plaats te gaan staan (vlakbij je safe house in Grove Street) en vervolgens op TAB te drukken. Dat kan inderdaad maar op 1 plek en de auto legt ook een standaard route af. Lijkt mij persoonlijk niet zo'n handige optie.

Die helicopter roep je overal in het spel op door tegelijk TAB en Y in te drukken. Het ding komt naar je toe vliegen, landt, je stapt erin en de heli brengt je naar 1 van 30 locaties die je in een menu kan kiezen. Da is op zich wel een handige snufje......

Edit: in de fixed version staat trouwens dat de auto inmiddels óók in LV en in SF te bestellen is. Het wordt al handiger
