Profiel in RPG

In vele RPG's heb je in het begin een profiel aanmaak zoals: Kies geslacht: male or female

Geboortedatum: dd/mm/yyyy

Plaats: America, Europe or Asia

Nu is mijn vraag of jullie kunnen vertellen hoe ik zoiets maak/script.

Dus met andere woorden hoe maak je in het begin z'n profiel aan.
