Wanneer ik mijn laptop opstart, laat hij vrijwel meteen zien om een wachtwoord in te vullen (Van de BIOS zelf geloof ik), alsvorens dat Windows kan starten.

Het probleem is; ik weet het wachtwoord niet ( )

Weet iemand een manier hoe ik dit kan reseten?

welke bios is het, sommige biossen hebben 'standaard' wachtwoorden.

Ik neem aan dat je je laptop niet open wil maken om de batterij van de BIOS eruit te halen, dus dat wordt in ieder geval niks. Staat er niet ergens in de handleiding een standaard wachtwoord voor de BIOS?

Zoals we kunnen lezen is het geen BIOS maar een EFI systeem. Omdat het een Apple/Macbook is raad ik je aan om met Apple contact op te nemen. Ik denk dat er maar weinig zullen zijn hier die ervaring hebben met Apple sytemen

Het is een gewone laptop met Windows... De topicstarter heet gewoon Apple-Mac.

En Galiorix, de batterij eruit halen. Zoiets had ik ook al gehoord. Gewoon openschroeven, en ik zie dat ding daar meteen?

Je kunt het wachtwoord denk ik eruit krijgen met een CMOS clear. Hiervoor moet je óf een jumper op je mobo verzetten, óf de CMOS batterij even uit je systeem halen. Ik raadt je aan de laptop even langs te brengen bij een PC boer. Een laptop open schroeven is een stuk ingewikkelder dan het zijpanneel van je PC af halen.

2. On some older PC's pressing the insert key upon startup will clear

the CMOS, make sure you hold it down till it's done booting.

3. Another way which we pretty much already covered, was to pull the

metallic nickel looking battery that supplies power to the CMOS.

4. Some times there is a small three pin jumper used to reset the bios,

just move the black little pin cover to the opposite two pins.

(Make sure to read the motherboards manual before this)

5. If the battery is soldered in you can take a soldering iron to it but

I don't recommend it unless you are a professional.

6. there are a few programs out on the net which are made to crack

certain types of bios passwords, I have one for award BIOS's here's a
