Mods voor GTA IV kun je vinden op modmygta.com.

Als je dan een bepaalde mod leuk vind, dan download je die. Daar zin dan meestal een readme bij. In die readme staat vaak hoe je de mod moet installeren. Lees dat eerst even door, dan is het al en stuk duidelijker.
