Problemen bij opstarten

Hallo, ik heb een probleem bij san andreas pc, ik heb hem vanmiddag net gekocht

Als het filmpje is geweest en het laadscherm krijg ik een zwart scherm te zien, als ik op een toets druk sluit hij hem af, hoe kan dit???????????
