Pixel/Geruis probleem

nadat ik gisteren naar mijn huis ging in gta iv en in bed kroop (om te saven) kwam ik dan weer wakker maar met dit als gevolg:

Ik heb gta al verschillende keren opnieuw opgestart maar het blijft zo!

Kan iemand mij a.u.b. helpen :?
