Ik run een eigen samp server.

Andere mensen kunnen erin maar ik zelf niet?

Dan staat er dat hij probeert verbinding te maken en dan: the server didn't respond.

    Aha, dat had ik even verkeerd begrepen. Om zelf met je server verbinding te maken gebruik je het ip 127.0.0.1 (a.k.a. localhost).

    Als het dan nog steeds niet werkt heb je waarschijnlijk een verkeerde client. Je kan namelijk niet met een 0.3a client verbinding maken met een 0.3b server en vice versa.
