modding unlocker voor 1.0.7.0.

ik heb GTAIV gekocht en geinstalleerd enzovoort enzovoort en hij werkt opzicht zonder problemen, maar nu wil ik gaan modden, alleen ik kan nergens een modding unlocker vinden voor versie 1.0.7.0 dus als iemand een link voor me heeft dan zou dat erg fijn zijn.

das alles dankjewel alvast.

PS. ik weet niet of ik hier op het goede forum zit, want ik zie nergens een modding forum staan dus ik denk ik gooi hem maar op techinsche problemen (want het is technisch en een probleem).
