Windows updates niet installeren

ik heb de update gehad van Windows Live essentials

die heb ik als ik gehad en verwijderd.

maar ik wil die update niet installeren dus dan vink ik dat uit

maar hij blijft maar zeggen dat je hem moet installeren

hoe kan ik dat doen?
