Spark iv werkt niet?

Hallo , ik heb dus Spark IV gedownload voor de patch 1.0.7, maar als ik hem start en ik ga naar gta iv directory en ik dubbelklik erop dan geeft hij een error dat hij niet reageert, ik wil een audi r8 instaleren?:s Wat moet ik doen??
