Kan iemand mij uitleggen hoe ik zelf auto's kan maken voor GTA SA

Ik weet al wel hoe ik ze erin zet via IMG_TOOL maar ik weet niet hoe ik ze zelf maakt.

Kan iemand mij dit uitleggen ?
