GTA eflc handling.dat veranderen

Hallo, ik heb een probleem met het modden van auto's(gta eflc).

Om auto's te modden moet je handling line veranderen. Maar als ik handling.dat open dan krijg ik allemaal rare letters.

Kan er iemand mij helpen?

    hmm mischien moet je ff bij opmaak of beeld kijken daar zou wat tussen kunnen staan.

    verder weet ik ook niks want heb dit probleem nog nooit gehad

    dit is normaal, je moet eerst een dergelijke tool downloaden die dit decrypt dan kun je het wel veranderen, ik weet helaas niet welke tools hiervoor nodig zijn
