Windows 7 geeft error en kan er niks meer mee

hoi forumers,

elke keer als ik naar configuratie scherm ga geeft hij een error:

de RPC is mislukt en niet uitgevoert

dit doet hij ook als ik explorer start, een map open en naar mijn documenten en naar deze computer ga!

als ik een programma als administrator start loopt mijn pc vast

kan iemand mij helpen

    Heb je Windows wel legaal? Zoja; scan eens met Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, al denk ik dat je pc al te ver is verkloot met virussen.

    Start -> Uitvoeren -> services.msc -> Remote Procedure Call (RPC ) -> Stop -> Daarna starten.

    Probeer dat eens ;)
