Modding Tools

Ik ben net een beginner maar wil een mod gaan maken , ik wil de Clothes Line van GTA San Andreas aanpassen, hetzelfde wil ik gaan doen met tattoo's van dit spel

Nu zijn mij vragen:

1. Welke Tools zijn hierbij erg handig om een goed functionerende mod te kunnen maken

2. Waar kan je deze Tools downloaden

3. Waar kan je een goede Modding Tutorial vind en alles waat daarbij hoort
