windows live games update probleem

ik heb een live account maar als ik wil inloggen zegt ie er moet een update worden geinstaleerd hij instaleerd em maar dan log ik opnieuw en en weer zegt ie het zelfde

kan iemand me hiermee helpen?

    ja maar na de update kan ik nogsteeds niet inloggen.
