Mijn zoon heeft GTA IV en als hij multiplayer speelt kan hij met een bepaalde vriend wel spelen maar niet met andere.

Hoe komt dit of staat er een of andere instelling verkeerd?

Hey , It happened to me many times . The problem mostly occured when my internet strugles , so the IV thinks that my connection is sh*t.(but it is not)

First time it happened in anger and it would say Strict for 4 days. So I ringed up to my network provider , and told them to change my ip from static to non static one.

After 1min my nat type was open in the Live(home)settings.

Even I did that there was some few more cases about it , and it was when my interent connection was too bad because of upgrade they were doing or something , but it fixed automaticly after 30min or so.

I recommend: Change IP

Not to reinstall gta iv , because it is not going to help at all

Not even format pc , as I tried as well

Wait or get the phone and call them right now

Maar als leek heb ik wel wat meer hulp nodig.

Bvb Hoe voeg ik die poorten toe?

DE router upgrade heb ik geprobeerd via Belkin maar het lukt voorlopig nog niet.

Hoe laat ik GTA IV PC toe in mijn firewall van mijn modem?

Ik vrees er wel voor als ik iets verander, mijn verbinding helemaal naar de nopjes zou zijn.
