IK heb een vraag

hoe krijg ik de garage (Vlakbij de MOD garage) in san fierro tot mijn beschikking.

tot nu toe is het huisje wat er voor staat nog steeds blauw hoe krijg ik dit groen zodat ik het kan kopen?
