Opstart probleem

Hey,

Toen ik vandaag mijn pc wou opstarten gebeurde dit niet zoals normaal. Normaal zag je altijd ong. 3 seconde het bios-scherm voordat hij opstart, maar nu duurde het wel 1 min! Ik heb het enkele keren opnieuw geprobeerd en elke keer duurde het 30-60 sec. Hoe kan dit zo opeens? En hoe kan ik het oplossen?

    Ja, daarna gaat hij gewoon aan. Vanochtend duurde het zelfs 2 min. ik vind het erg storend want nu moet ik eerst 5 min. wachten voordat mijn pc helemaal opgestart is.
