2x XFX HD5770 XXX in crossfire, geeft geen performance

Halleeuw forrummers,

De laatste tijd vond ik dat mijn GPU prestaties een beetje slecht waren.

Dus ik een beetje prutsen en spelen enzo.

Had ik crossfire gedisabled en me monitor op GPU 2 aangesloten, en wou ik kijken of ik lagere FPS had. dus paar games getest

Alien VS predator, Dirt 3, Dirt 2, Crysis 2. en ik kom tot conclusie dat ik met 1 video kaart zelfde prestaties (denk zelfs beter) heb dan in crossfire!.

Nou ben ik hier niet bepaald blij mee en ik wil graag me crossfire setup werkend hebben

Weet iemand wat het probleem is en wat ik fout heb gedaan/doe ?

Wat mij wel opviel is dat dit word weergegeven bij Bus Interface (zie screenshots):

GPU 1: PCI-E 2.0 x16 @ x4 2.0

GPU 2: PCI-E 2.0 x16 @ x16 2.0

Terwijl ik op de gigabyte website dit vond

The GIGABYTE GA-MA790FX-DQ6 also features support for PCI Express 2.0 as well as ATI CrossFireX™ with dual x16

Mijn moederbord is GIGABYTE GA-MA790FX-DQ6

Weet niet of nodig is maar hier is van CPU/Mobo

    Wel je videokaart in een goede PCI slot geduwt?

    Soms heb je 3 of 4 sloten waarvan 2 X16 geeft en sommige bv. X8.

    Ja de bovenste en de onderste zijn de x16 sloten.

    daar zitten ze in. en als nog dan zouden ze x8 moeten zijn, en niet 1tje x4 en 1tje x16

    Hoeft niet, soms kun je via de BIOS instellen hoe je je laneconfiguratie wilt hebben. Dit hoeft natuurlijk niet het probleem te zijn, maar je kunt altijd de handleiding van je moederbord doorlezen om ze in x16-x16 of x8-x8 ipv -x1 te zetten.

    Heb me bios boekje 2x doorgelezen en ook in de bios gezocht enzo. maar staat niks over die lanes,
