Help mij ik heb een probleem met gta 4

Nadat ik gta 4 vanaf steam had gedownload, was ik heel blij en ik startte em gelijk op alles deed het goed tot ik op play klikte toen de wereld gelade werd en ik kon spelen zag ik niks ik zie alleen autos mensen en sommige gebouwen maar alles is doorzichtig ik zie liberty city niet dus kan ik ook niet zien waar ik rij help aub want hij is niet sloom ofzo alleen zie ik geen reed
