Gta vcs modding

Hey ik wil gta vcs modden ( gewoon de texturen )

Op de psp.

Ik heb vele tuts gelezen maar heb echt een probleem ik moet de programma

downloaden (ik heb windows 7 ) nu als ik het wil openen zegt het programma dat ik iets mis ofzo ik heb de readme gelezen dan plaats ik het in m'n system32 map dan klik ik op het cmd file dan opent ie een zwart scherm logisch dan voert ie allerlei dingen uit nu duurt dit me veels te lang.

Is er niet een andere programma om texturen voor gta vice city stories te open/aantepassen/opslaan etc.

    Het aanpassen van bestanden van GTA VC is volgens mij wel illegaal. Een CheatDevice weer niet

    En het staat verkeerd ;)
