Crash na eerste botsing

Hallo jongens, ik heb een probleem,

Als ik GTA IV speel, gaat alles goed, tot de eerste botsing met een willekeurig gebouw/auto/lantaarnpaal. Na de botsing, crasht het spel, en kan ik het spel niet meer afsluiten. Zelfs niet via taakbeheer. Dan kan je zo vaak als je wilt op de "end process" klikken, maar het sluit gewoon niet af. Iemand een idee waar het aan kan liggen?
