Windows 7 kan niet opstarten?

Ik heb windows 7 en als ik hem opstart staat er: ''bestanden laden''.

Daarna staat er ''windows starten met het icoontje'' (zoals altijd)

en na een moment komt er een blauw beeld met een grote cursor.

ik kan niks aanklikken want er staat niks op het beeld en mn toetsenbord werkt ook niet

kan iemand me hierbij helpen?

    Raar. Als er onder in beeld een voortgangsbalk staat met 'Windows bestanden laden' dan betekent dat meestal dat de PC aan het opstarten is vanaf een bootable DVD of USB.
