Problemen GTA 4 EFLC

Goed ik heb dus GTA 4 EFLC gekocht. geïnstalleerd, maar toen pakte hij heel klein beeld wat ik niet kon aanpassen.

Toen heb ik .txt bestandje gemaakt met commandline, dus dat is opgelost.

Maar nu als ik hem speel blijft hij altijd haperen, hoe laag ik alles ook zet. Terwijl mijn laptop helemaal geschikt voor dit spel is. (i5, Windows 7, 1GB Nvidia enz) Wat moet ik doen zodat spel goed, soepel loopt.
