    Heb je. Hem 2e hands gekocht of gewoon in de winkel, als je hem in de winkel hebt gekocht zeg ff welke winkel.

    Tsja, wat kunnen wij er aan doen? Contacteer de winkel waarvan je het spel gekocht hebt en stel hen die vraag. Of stuur een e-mail naar ubisoft Nederland met de uitleg over het probleem.

    De contactgegevens van Ubisoft kun je gewoon op hun website vinden. Maar waar en wanneer heb je het spel gekocht? In de winkel? In de webshop van Ubisoft? Of heb je een steamkey aangeschaft?

    En dubbelcheck wat de code betreft dat je niet een 'O' met een '0' verwart of een 'l' met een '1', bijvoorbeeld. Zulke foutjes komen ook nog wel eens voor.
