Missies probleem....!

Ik heb een mega probleem mijn ps3 geeft geen hoofdmissies meer aan

Ik heb het nog nooit uitgespeeld en gebruik geen cheats een van mijn laatste hoofd missies was die in het ziekenhuis/labratorium. Waar ze doden lijken bekijken. Heeft iemand een oplossing....!!!
