Gta IV en Gta IV EFLC in één menu

Als ik nu de normale Gta IV of Gta IV EFLC wil spelen moet ik het apart opstarten, en de goede cd plaatsen. Ik wil dit graag in 1, dus dat ik zo'n menu krijg zoals je op het plaatje ziet en dat ik maar 1 cd hoef te gebruiken. :) Hoe doe ik dat?

    Ik heb even gezocht op Google maar ik heb niks kunnen vinden...

    Dat keuzemenu is enkel mogelijk op de PC als je eerste Grand Theft Auto IV los hebt gekocht en daarna als DLC de Episodes hebt gedownload.

    Tijd voor 2 DVD lades in je computer?

    EDIT: Ow nee ik moet het nu idd downloaden. Kan ik de map niet ergens naartoe verplaatsen?
