Geen geluid

Beste leden,

Sinds kort kamp ik met een zeer irritant en ingewikkeld probleem. Het geluid op mijn laptop werkt prima, ook op het moment dat ik mijn oordopjes in de laptop doe. Echter houdt het geluid er mee op wanneer ik mijn oordopjes er weer uit haal. Met geen mogelijkheid krijg ik er dan nog geluid uit, waardoor ik mijn laptop weer opnieuw moet opstarten.

Al het een en ander geprobeerd om dit probleem te verhelpen, virusscan overeen gehaald, malware bytes gedraaid, het busturingssysteem van mijn geluid opnieuw geïnstalleerd met de laatste update, maar dit alles helaas zonder succes.

Wie kan mij helpen? Mijn dank is groot.
