Up-n-Atom verwijzing?

Ik keek een keertje naar The Simpsons en toen zag ik een

aflevering waar een personage meerdere keren Up 'n' Atom zei. Maar in Grand Theft Auto V is er een fastfoodketen die Up-n-Atom Burger heet. Zou dit een kleine verwijzing wezen naar The Simpsons?
