PSN Plotseling afmelden

Ik heb wel vaker dat als ik online speel, dat ik plotseling van PSN wordt afgegooid. Nu is het wel op een heel vervelend moment gebeurd. Ik heb namelijk de hele middag aan de "Tour de San Andreas gezeten. Ik kan nu niet saven, testen en publiceren. Is er een manier om m toch op te slaan of hebben jullie tips om het volgende keer sneller te kunnen maken. Ik baal hier namelijk heel erg van... :( :( :(
