Windows startmenu bugt

Beste forummers,

Wederom ben ik hier om jullie weer lastig te vallen met mijn tig aantal vragen :7

Sinds deze ochtend heb ik een probleem met het startmenu van Windows 8.1. Twee apps die ik vaak gebruik, mijn agenda en mijn mail, verschijnen plots niet meer op mijn startmenu. Indien ik op deze klik, dan opent hij niet meer, hoewel hij wel een venster in mijn taakbalk laat verschijnen (leeg weliswaar). Hoe kan ik dit oplossen?

    Probeer de apps eens te verwijderen en opnieuw te installeren. Mogelijk is er een fout ingeslopen in de programmacode.
