Blijft vast lopen in load scherm gta 5 online

Ik ben net geupgrade naar ps4 kom van ps3 af en als ik dan me karakte heb overgezet en ik wil een gta 5 lobby joinen blijft het vast haken in de lucht en join ik geen lobby en moet ik vervolgens mijn game afsluiten. Graag krijg ik hulp hiervoor
