Microsoft.Workflow.VisualStudio.Configurator has stopped working

Ik krijg sinds gisteren random de error dat ´Microsoft.Workflow.VisualStudio.Configurator has stopped working´. Wat vind ik hier nu raar aan? Nou, gisteren kreeg ik de error dat Firefox gestopt was met werken, maar ik had het niet eens open staan. Ik zag dat er een random een proces geopend werd, zonder dat ik het wou of dat Firefox uberhaupt open stond... Nu staat Visual Studio niet open, en krijg ik de error random... Firefox heb ik verwijderd trouwens.

EDIT: Nu met Google Chrome hetzelfde.

    In een elevated command prompt (cmd.exe uitvoeren als admin):

    sfc /scannow

    Vind ik knap, want ik heb de afgelopen 3 dagen niks geinstalleerd/gedownload op m'n PC.

    Hij zei dat er wel een bestand beschadigt was. Wat moet ik hier mee doen?
