Outlook app android notificatie probleem.

Hai,

Ik heb de outlook app op mijn android telefoon (deze). Ik gebruik hem voor mijn hotmail account.

Nu krijg ik nooit notificaties van inkomende mails, pas als ik de app open komen alle mails binnen. Terwijl bijvoorbeeld de app voor Gmail wel alles meteen weergeeft.

Als ik bij instellingen kijk binnen de app dan staat mailmeldingen op 'alles' maar toch krijg ik niks binnen :(.

Iemand enige ervaring met deze app? Of heeft een betere optie om mails weer te geven van een hotmail account?

    Ga naar instellingen en schakel prioriteiten inbox uit. Je krijgt namelijk alleen meldingen van mails met een hogere prioriteit.
