I've been dealing with a problem in GTA Online that makes my game unplayable. Recently, I've bought AMD RX 590 8GB GPU, everything was running fine, decent 60 FPS, but for the past few days my FPS drops to 5 from 60 for like 8 seconds.
I download MSI Afterburner to see if it isn't thermal throttling and I noticed, that my GPU Clock is limited to 1466 MHz and when my game starts lagging it jumps over that limit to 1471-1486 MHz for several seconds and then the problem fixes itself on its own.
I tried unlimiting the GPU Clock, setting it to lower value but nothing seems to work.
