Gta iv werkt traag op pc van 1000 euro terwijl gta 5 hoogste graphics

hallo, kan iemand mij helpen met een probleem?

 

gta iv werkt erg traag en vol met happerend beeld, zelf op medium terwijl

ik speel gta 5 op de hoogste graphics speel en dat gaat prefect gaat.

heeft iemand hetzelfde probleem? want dit is echt belachelijk.
