Geen toegang meer na update?

Vandaag een sofware update voor de ps4 versie10.50.

Na de update wil ik online gaan spelen en alleen storymode werd geladen. Als ik van daaruit online wil moet ik ineens een plus abonnement hebben.

En dan krijg ik alleen de optie voor de ps5?!

Ik heb toendertijd een premium edition gekocht en speel al bijna 2 jaar zonder enige vorm van een abonnement. 

Playstation gebeld en die snappen het niet, en nu moet ik het via mail en screenshots gaan doen.
