Ped met electrogun in Snowball City 2

Ik zat met een mod van gta2 te spelen, en ik heb het leger achter me aan.

Ik wil wegrennen, maar dan helpt een of ander ventje mij.

Hij gaat niet dood, en heeft een electrogun.

Weet iemand wie dit is?
