Forum op lycos tripod zetten

ik wil graag een forum op mijn tripod account van lycos zetten.

ik heb PHP4U al aangevraagd maar hoe moet ik de files van mijn gedownloade forum waaronder sm_install.php uploaden naar mijn account zodat ik mijn forum online krijg???

en van mysql snap ik helemaal nix van.

please help me

    Je moet alleen de link hebben...

    Dus bijvoorbeeld op je site Forum - Klik hier dus zet Forum neer en daarvan maak je een link naar het forum ;)

    En als je alleen een forum wil maken moet je eerst een domeinnaam hebben (bijvoorbeeld .tk klik hier) dan doorlinken naar het forum ;)
