    Nee, je kunt geen zelf een gang aanmaken. Je kunt wel een groepje van je gang-genoten maken. Dat doe je door ze te recruteren.. :)

    Je kunt homies van grove street meenemen in een auto en dan bijvoorbeeld driveby's doen bij andere gangs.

    Maar echte gangs maken en dan in het spel zetten zoals jij bedoelt kan niet :N
