    Na de missie 'Boomshine Saigon', die je krijgt van Phil Cassidy, kun je wapens bij hem kopen.

    Kijk voor meer informatie over GTA Vice City eens op WikiGTA, daar vind je alles over het spel. ;)

    Je kan hem na de missie Boomshine Saigon van Phil Cassidy kopen bij hem achter z'n caravan. Je krijgt er ook één in de missie Phnom Penh '86, hier zitten echter maar 100 kogels in, en je kan op dat moment nog geen extra munitie krijgen.

    Na de missie No Escape?/Copland kan je met de Cop-outfit de legerbasis binnenkomen, daar ligt hij dan ook ergens om de hoek.

    Je moet hem ook soms in Rampages gebruiken, alleen verlies je hem dan wel nadat de tijd verstreken is, rampage gehaald of niet.
