Nee, volgens mij zit hij niet in dit deel, ik weet alleen dat er in GTA SA een soort van 'WTC' zit..

    In GTA III zat er wel een missie waar je donald love (?) moest vermoorden dmv met een vliegtuig zijn kantoor binnen te vliegen (en dat kantoor was gevestigd in een wolkenkrabber) maar gezien de omstandigheden toen met 11 september hadden ze de missie geschrapt. ik weet niet of dat diezelfde flat ook het wtc was..
