probleem

Hallo beste mensen, ik heb sinds pas een nieuwe draadloze router gekocht

van het merk E-trust een adsl modem/router nu heb ik de hele router geprobeert

te installeren, en elke keer loop ik vast bij dit punt: is uw modem ingeschakeld?

Ja die heb ik ingeschakeld, en nog lukt het niet?

Ik heb internet van upc chello, ligt het misschien hieraan?

Help me zo snel mogelijk, want ik heb nog maar 1 dag garantie.
