frame's?

hey ik ben een website m.b.v. frames aan het maken (ben een beginner)

maar ik heb een probleempje. ik heb links een menu frame gemaakt maar als ik een link aan klik die ik daar in heb gezet opent die link in het ''menu frame'' eigelijk moet die dan in het ''hoofd frame'' laden. kan iemand me helpen?

iemand die me ook maar een beetje kan helpen is welkom :cya:

en je weet haast en spoed is zelden goed. maar ik zou het prettig vinden als ik snel hulp krijg
