GTA Teksteditor gezocht

Ik weet niet of 'ie hier goed staat, zonee, sorry, maar ik had een tijdje gelden op mijn oude PC een mod waarmee je alle teksten van GTA kon bewerken (de ingameteksten dus) ik heb al gezocht maar kan het niet meer vinden :(

Heeft iemand nog een download link voor me? Alvast bedankt :)
