    Selecteer hem met de muis. Vervolgens klik je op de rechtermuisknop => Openen met.. En dan zoek je kladblok op. Met kladsblok is dit bestand te openen.

    In klablok is het een beetje irritant want je hebt niet echt een duidelijk overzicht van wat de snelheid, acceleratie of gewicht is. Makkelijker is om gewoon even een handling editor te downloaden. Deze is heel makkelijk:

    Beschrijving: Met deze editor kun je de handling.cfg van San Andreas bewerken. Hiermee kun je dan allerlei settings van de verschillende voertuigen in SA aanpassen.
