als ik SA-MP opstart krijg ik een foutmelding

    gta_sa.set verwijderen in \Mijn documenten\GTA San Andreas User Files (bestand wordt automatisch weer opnieuw aangemaakt wanneer je GTA:SA start).

    Jij bent niet de eerste met dit probleem. Volgens mij is het een bug of iets dergelijks, er werkt iets niet goed samen. Gelukkig is hiervoor een patch te downloaden, en wel »hier«. De patch even instaleren, en je probleem zou opgelost moeten zijn.

    samp.exe niet vinden? :') samp.exe veroorzaakt juist die error. En bij een verkeerde versie van GTA:SA start gewoon SP op ipv SA:MP ;).
