    Nee, dit moet je niet te serieus opvatten. De schrijver bedoeld hiermee dat het in San Andreas erg gevaarlijk kan zijn, en dat je dus (na je dood) in het ziekenhuis terecht komt. In feite word je gewoon voor het ziekenhuis gespawnt, en dus niet in het ziekenhuis.
